Anna-Marie’s dynamic classes meet you where you are – no matter what your body type or physical condition – and take you through a rejuvenating, integrating mind-body workout focused on building strength, flexibility and balance in all its senses.

Anna-Marie is fortunate to have studied extensively with senior teachers Ramanand Patel, Donna Farhi, Yoganand Michael Carroll, and Hart Lazer, but she considers her best and most forthright teacher to be her own body. While she loves being home in Kitchener-Waterloo, yoga has also taken her into the world. Anna-Marie has taught yoga teachers in Cuba, introduced the benefits of therapeutic yoga to survivors of acid attacks in Cambodia, and showed university students in Ghana how yoga asana can increase their strength and flexibility.
